By using this website and our services, you agree to these Terms. LeadsUp LLC provides market-research and appointment-setting services to real estate agents. These services are provided on a best-effort basis; we make no guarantee of any specific result.

1. Requests & communications

When you submit our form, you authorize LeadsUp LLC to contact you about your request by phone and email. Providing a mobile number and consenting to SMS are optional (see below).

2. SMS program terms

If you provide a mobile number and check the consent box, you consent to recurring text messages from LeadsUp LLC (marketing and promotional offers, appointment and account updates, and customer support), some sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties.

3. Acceptable use & privacy

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
