These Terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by LeadsUp LLC ("LeadsUp," "we," "us"). By using this site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

LeadsUp LLC provides real estate agents with dedicated, trained outbound callers who set listing appointments, along with market research and reporting. Services are delivered according to the plan or written agreement between us.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt our systems, or reproduce our content for resale or competitive purposes without written consent.

3. Payments

Fees are due in advance according to your selected plan or written agreement.
Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing, and continue until cancelled in writing before the next billing cycle.
Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business and contact information, cooperate with our team on strategy and reporting, and ensure your own campaigns comply with the laws that apply to you, including Do-Not-Call rules — unless we have agreed in writing to manage compliance on your behalf.

5. Communication consent

By submitting our form you may choose to receive communications from LeadsUp. Providing your mobile number and opting in to texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

If you opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from LeadsUp LLC — including marketing and promotional offers, appointment and account updates, and customer support — some sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

6. No guarantee of specific results

We work to deliver qualified appointments and report transparently, but we do not guarantee a specific number of listings, appointments, or transactions. Any performance commitments are only those stated in a signed written agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date, and continued use of our services means you accept them.
